We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Dentist to join our growing, digitally enabled and referral-based practice. This position is ideally suited to a practitioner who is highly proficient in oral surgery and passionate about delivering high-quality care in a modern, team-oriented environment.
We are looking for a team member to join us in late 2025 or early 2026. Initially, the role is from 2 up to 4 days per week. We do not operate on Fridays or weekends. Our practice is located in a large specialist medical centre (480 Specialist Centre), and co-located with Windsor Gardens Day Surgery.
The successful applicant would have a full book of patients immediately.
Pay rate is between 35% to 45% depending on skillset and need for mentorship. For example, a highly independent operator requiring no supervision or mentorship would attract 45%.

About the Role
You will work alongside a skilled clinical and support team, providing simple to complex dentoalveolar surgical services with a focus on:
* Simple - complex, wisdom tooth removals (all impactions)
* Simple - complex, non-wisdom tooth extractions
* Dental implant placement, including single and full-arch (All-on-4). With associated simple-complex, hard and soft tissue grafting. *All-On-4 cases are only available for practitioners with suitable experience.
* Simple oral pathology diagnosis and management. Appropriate referral of complex oral pathology cases
* Cases under local anaesthesia, IV sedation, and general anaesthesia
* Pre- and post-operative patient management and digital documentation
* Implant planning and guide design using digital workflows and 3D-printed in-house surgical guides
* Planning, communicating and coordinating simple - complex cases
Our practice is new and purpose-built for oral surgery with large surgeries and hospital-grade equipment. We have:
* Oral Surgery and Implant functions built into every chair
* Onsite digital CBCT, OPG and intraoral radiographs
* Digital intraoral scanner. Digital photography.
* 3D printers for printing surgical guides
* Cloud-based patient management software (Praktika), and remote access to all digital assets.
* Advanced planning software enabling fully guided workflows for implant and All-on-4 cases.
* Day surgery co-located within our building, providing seamless access to GA services.

* A small but highly skilled and dedicated team, and a comprehensive set of instilled clinical protocols for all situations.

What We're Looking For
* Highly proficient in oral surgery
* Postgraduate qualifications and/or formal training beyond a dental degree (e.g., FRACDS, MRACDS, MD, etc.) is very desirable but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication and patient management skills, with a calm, reassuring chairside manner.
* A practitioner who cares about the well-being of their patients and other team members
* Ability to work with digital practice systems and workflows (we are a fully digital practice)
