At Restock, we make it easy for our customers to get the products they need — and we’re looking for a driven Sales Specialist to help us grow even further. If you love building relationships, hitting sales goals, and managing accounts, this is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Proactively call new prospects daily, qualifying them and booking meetings for our New Business Development Managers.

- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts beyond day-to-day transactions, protecting and growing their spend over the phone.

- Proactively promote our product ranges by sharing specials and helping customers discover new solutions.

- Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate with clients, and secure sales.

- Keep everything on track in our CRM platform — ensuring accurate, real-time customer records.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the workforce, with a proven ability to adapt and grow in dynamic environments.

- Sales experience not essential — we value attitude, curiosity, and drive over a perfect résumé. With the right mindset, training, and cultural fit, Restock will set you up for success.

- Solid communication skills, with confidence in building rapport over the phone and email.

- Proven prospecting skills.

- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. HubSpot ,MYOB EXO.

- Bonus points if you’ve sold consumer-based goods and have sharp negotiation skills.

Success in This Role Means…

- Meeting monthly sales targets with existing customers.

- Growing account spend and protecting client relationships.

- Hitting KPIs for prospecting calls and sales calls.

- Keeping accurate CRM records and supporting smooth team operations.
