The company is now looking to hire a driven Junior Project Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator ready to step into Project Management and oversee projects from start to finish.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Project Director, the Junior Project Manager will collaborate closely with site and project teams to deliver multiple projects across NSW, ranging from $2M to $20M.
You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from design to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
DUTIES
- Service coordination
- Managing variations
- Procurement management
- Programming and scheduling
- Cost control and budgeting
- Client management and liaison
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline preferred
- Proven experience as a Site/Contracts Administrator, Junior Project Manager, or similar
- Demonstrated stability and strong track record with previous employers
