THE OPPORTUNITY (RC DRILLER)
We're looking for experienced RC Drillers who have operated Schramm T685/T685i RC rigs (or other i‐rigs) to join our growing team across multiple sites throughout Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate RC rigs (Schramm T685/T685i and similar i‐rigs) safely and efficiently
* Lead by example — drilling practices, crew performance, training and safety
* Manage rig performance, preventative maintenance and basic fault finding
* Maintain high‐quality sampling and drilling standards to meet client expectations
* Complete daily paperwork, job cards and reporting accurately and on time
* Communicate proactively with operations to drive reliability, productivity and safety
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Exploration / Mine RC drilling (T685/T685i or similar i‐rigs)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and a "look after the gear" mindset
* Proven safety leadership and strict adherence to Safe Work Policies and Procedures
* Confident communicator — from Offsider through to Client / Managing Director
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
* National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or ability to obtain
Highly regarded (but not essential):
* Drilling, OHS and T&A certifications
ROSTER & TRAVEL
* 2/2 roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
* FIFO: ex Australian capital cities
* Sites located across Western Australia
* Accommodation and meals provided while on shift (site dependent)
