* Achieving Individual Targets: Focus on reaching individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators to promote gym membership expansion.
* Gym Lead Sourcing: Identify potential leads from various channels including local events, partnerships, and online platforms.
* Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members to encourage retention and loyalty.
* Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our Gym's facilities, services, and membership options to effectively communicate value to customers.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in Sales or a related field.
* Reliable, proactive, punctual, professional, and well-presented.
* Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
* Experienced in working to KPIs.
* A genuine passion for health and fitness.
