North West Mining and Civil has been awarded an exciting new footpath construction project across the towns of Karratha, Wickham and Roebourne. We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our growing team and contribute to the successful delivery of this project.
* 5:2 (Monday-Friday) or 10:4 Roster
* 12-hour shifts
* Project commencement: February 2026
* Up to a 2-year project duration
* Local candidates to Karratha and surrounding towns are strongly encouraged to apply

What you will be working on
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of concrete works associated with civil and construction projects, including but not limited to:
* Formwork installation and preparation
* Steel fixing
* Concrete batching and transport
* Concrete placement, pouring and finishing
* Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
What type of Person will be successful
* Proven work experience including civil construction, earthworks.
* Experience in setting up concrete pours, screeding & finishing concrete
* Ability to read plans and specifications
* Experience with machinery or assisting civil crews is a bonus, but not essential
* Minimum C Class driver's license - HR License desirable
* Skid steer/ excavator ticket - desirable
