Experis Australia is partnering with a Federal Government intelligence agency to source an experienced
Project Officer
with NV1 clearance. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within a secure and dynamic environment. Reporting to the Project Manager and/or Enterprise Portfolio Management Office your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and support project activities including schedules, budgets, reporting, and artefact delivery
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across teams
* Manage project changes and work across delivery methodologies (Prince2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid)
* Provide Secretariat support for working groups and steering committees
* Support procurement activities in line with Commonwealth Procurement Rules
* Deliver under pressure in a fast-paced, high-security environment
* Prepare and present documentation for SES-level audiences
* Work across multiple projects and priorities as delegated

Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in project coordination or management
* Experience in small to medium Federal Government agencies
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Background in law enforcement or intelligence projects is highly desirable
* NV1 clearance is mandatory

Expected start date is early December and will be for 12 months with 2 extension options.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in law enforcement or intelligence projects is highly desirable

NV1 clearance is essential
