Full Time Primary Teachers & High School Teachers 
Due to the expansion of our school we are recruiting for the following positions to join our energetic team: 
Primary School Teachers (K-6): A Primary School Teacher delivers engaging, age-appropriate education to students in Kindergarten through to Year 6. 
The role involves planning and implementing the NSW curriculum, fostering student development, and creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing. 
($73,000 - $127,000 per annum) 
High School Teachers (7-12): A High School Teacher shapes the educational experience of our students, working with the support team under the guidance of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities 
Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons aligned with the NSW syllabus, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and general education across key learning areas. 
Incorporate differentiated teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities. 
Integrate technology and hands-on learning approaches to enhance student engagement and understanding. 
Classroom Management 
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom workplace that supports student wellbeing and collaboration. 
Implement school behaviour management policies and strategies to encourage respectful and responsible behaviour. 
Build strong relationships with students, promoting trust and respect. 
Pastoral Care and Student Support 
Support students' social, emotional, and academic development by identifying and addressing individual needs, including liaising with parents, counsellors, and specialist staff where necessary. 
Promote values such as respect, empathy, and resilience through school programs and personal interactions. 
Professional Development 
Participate in ongoing professional learning to remain current with educational best practices and curriculum changes. 
Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and resources. 
Reflect on teaching practices to enhance effectiveness and student outcomes. 
Community and Extracurricular Engagement 
Actively contribute to the school community by participating in events, committees and extracurricular activities. 
Foster positive relationships with parents and the wider community, encouraging involvement in school activities and programs. 
Qualifications and Skills 
Teaching Accreditation: NESA accreditation to teach in NSW. 
Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Education (Primary) or equivalent qualification accredited by NESA. 
Working with Children Check: A valid clearance in accordance with NSW child protection laws. 
Skills and Attributes: 
Strong knowledge of the NSW primary school curriculum. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to develop and implement creative and engaging teaching strategies. 
Competence in classroom management and student engagement. 
Commitment to inclusive education and supporting diverse learners. 
Postgraduate qualifications or training in a specialist area such as special education, gifted and talented, or EAL/D. 
Experience with integrating technology and innovative practices into the classroom. 
Employment Conditions 
Employment terms are governed by NSW Department of Education or relevant school regulations. 
Teachers work standard school hours but may be required to attend after-school activities, meetings, or professional development sessions. 
Participation in school initiatives and events, including sports days and other activities, is expected.
