Goodline are seeking TWO highly experienced, proactive, and organised S26 appointed Scaffholder by trade Supervisors to join our CLAHDO (Cape Lambert) Completions Project in Karratha, WA on a FLEXIBLE FIFO roster (2/1 OR 8/6) back to back. If you're an experienced supervisor with an excellent and seasoned background as a Scaffholder supervising and leading teams, demonstrate strong leadership and a passion for delivering quality outcomes, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
This construction project is for the upgrade of our clients Cape Lambert A Site. The site is introducing High Density Ore (HDO) to the site which is heavier and stickier in nature. The project is of a heavy brownfield nature requiring Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation works to be executed on site.
This position requires diplomacy, tenacity, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, including quoting, tendering, and promoting win-win outcomes
* Provide expert technical advice and champion industry best practice
* Strategically plan and prioritise complex work fronts across multiple projects
* Ensure all workers implement effective control measures to minimise health and safety risks
* Report incidents, non-conformances, and near-misses; participate in investigations where required
* Collaborate with project engineers, managers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
* Conduct prestart meetings, toolbox talks, and contribute to a proactive safety culture
