The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and professional Paralegal to join our expanding Property & Commercial team.
Based in our Brisbane office, this is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal support professional looking to work in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment whilst gaining practical legal insights and further their career.
You will gain hands-on experience working alongside our team supporting matters across a diverse range of property and commercial transactions, developing your skills in a supporting environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for residential and commercial property transactions, including assisting with the drafting of contracts, leases and settlements.
• Liaise and communicating with clients, agents and other stakeholders in a professional manner
• Coordinate and manage client records and files
• Capture essential information with precision and clarity to support case development and legal review
• Collaborate with management to ensure cases are assigned effectively, promoting smooth transitions and optimal outcomes
• Deepen your understanding of matters by gaining practical legal insights and honing your decision-making skills
Who we are looking for
• Minimum 12 months of experience working as a paralegal in a legal environment (Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to confidently liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent researching and document drafting/preparation skills
• Proficiency with office systems; experience with legal practice management software (e.g. Actionstep) is advantageous but not essential
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with attention to detail and professionalism and the capability to thrive in a team setting.
• Fluency in Chinese, or another language is highly desirable
