About the Role
Reporting directly to the Field Service Manager, you will work collaboratively with Service Technicians across Australia, ODK Admin, Customer Service and Sales teams. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines technical skill, customer interaction and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site inspections, consultations, measurements and provide advice for Weber Outdoor Kitchens.
* Deliver and install Outdoor Kitchens and built-in barbecues.
* Attend service and warranty callouts for Weber barbecue owners.
* Deliver and assemble Weber barbecues to consumers and retail stores.
* Support warehouse operations when required, including repairs and stock assessment.
* Travel across South East Queensland, with occasional visits to regional locations.
* Assist with setting up new stores, exhibitions and product demonstrations.

You are practical, organised and enjoy working independently while being part of a team. You take pride in your work and enjoy solving problems on-site and for our valued customers.

* Mechanical and/or cabinet-making knowledge.
* A passion for barbecuing and outdoor cooking.
* Reasonable physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
* The ability to operate a 3–4 tonne truck with tail lift (desirable)
* An interest in developing knowledge of government standards and regulations relating to gas, electric and solid-fuel appliances.
