The role of Senior Industrial Relations Advisor will see you working in Victoria Park and responsible for providing Monadelphous leadership with expert advice, support, and practical solutions across our diverse business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide IR/ER advice and support across multiple divisions
* Develop and support negotiation and enterprise bargaining strategies and tactics
* Review, interpret, and apply industrial instruments and relevant legislation
* Design and implement ER/IR management plans, initiatives, projects, and internal systems, policies, and procedures
* Travel to remote sites as required to support in-person interventions and stakeholder engagement
What you'll bring:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline (highly regarded)
* Demonstrated experience in employee relations, industrial relations, and/or human resource management within an engineering, construction, resources or heavy industry environment is highly advantageous
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-disciplinary relationships
* The ability to stay current with IR/ER legislation and best practice and apply this knowledge pragmatically within a complex, multifaceted business
