We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our store.
A Day in the Life:
* Provide memorable interactions with customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service.
* Build relationships with customers by educating them on pet care and providing expert advice.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a well-stocked store environment.
* Stay up-to-date on pet care knowledge and product information to ensure accurate advice is provided.
* Contribute to a fun and supportive culture within the store where employees love coming to work.
Requirements:
* Possess a passion for animals and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Have experience working in a similar retail environment.
* Be driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Be physically fit and able to lift products weighing up to 20kgs.
* Display flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
