We are looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Support Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day operations of our retail stores across Adelaide. This role is perfect for someone with retail experience who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and supporting a team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining store standards, and providing assistance to vendors and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Retail Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in-store, process transactions, and provide product knowledge.
- Staff Training & Support: Train new and existing team members on store procedures, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Shift Coverage & Coordination: Step in to cover shifts when required and assist in organising replacement shifts
- Banking & Admin Tasks: Handle banking duties, process sales reports, and manage stationary supplies when required.
- Stock & Merchandising: Replenish stock, ensure shelves and displays are well presented, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Vendor & Store Support: Assist vendors with product setup, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Store Standards & Maintenance: Ensure all locations are clean, organised, and comply with brand guidelines.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Confidence in training and providing feedback to staff.
- Ability to adapt to different store environments and multitask effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills to support vendors and proactively resolve concerns
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (travel between stores required).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends if needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $23.38 - $35.07 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
