**The Chance - About the Role**
This is an exciting and that will see you work on a project within our growing development pipeline..
You will have the opportunity to grow as an Assistant Development Manager as part of a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team within Stockland. Supporting a Project Director you will be support in for leadership in developing and driving the project strategy, with safety and commercial acuity at the forefront.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Development team to ensure the Project is scoped, designed and delivered in accordance with the business strategy, agreed vision and profitability levels
- Support project delivery to ensure schedule, revenue and cost objectives are met.
- Assist with driving the sales and marketing activities to achieve the business plan objectives.
- Engagement and management of internal and external stakeholders, including authorities.
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of financial models for current and prospective projects.
- Working with the project leadership team to control and monitor development budgets and financial reporting.
- Assist with monitoring progress on site, participate in site meetings and monitor actions out of these meetings.
- Support with implementation of Residential Sustainability Policy and community development.
- Procurement and tendering of consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Use your business acumen to monitor the market and competitor activity to maintain competitiveness.
**About You**
- Degree qualified in a related discipline with prior relevant experience
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter is a must;
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
- Ability to ask the right questions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Resilience and excellent communication skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong report writing skills.
- WA drivers licence and reliable vehicle
