Job Title: Customer Service Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Lead to oversee our customer service team and drive continuous improvement in administrative processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in transport administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports, overseeing daily administrative functions, and developing your team members. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face to resolve queries promptly and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency. To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a transport administrative environment, strong organisational skills, maturity, professionalism, and nurturing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on customer service function.
* Oversee daily administrative functions, including correct data entry, development of team members, problem solving, and providing consistent outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes and operational efficiency.
* Liaise with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face to ensure queries are resolved promptly.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a transport administrative environment.
* Strong organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities.
* Maturity, professionalism, and nurturing communication skills.
* Experience supervising or leading a team of customer service representatives.
