Vassallo Constructions is a family focused, civil construction and infrastructure contractor that has been operating and growing successfully in Central Queensland since 1997, undertaking a variety of project types and individual contracts up to $50M. We employ a multi-skilled workforce of plant operators, truck drivers, pipelayers, concretors and labourers.
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Truck Drivers for immediate start to fill Mackay Based positions and DIDO positions at our Renewable's energy project located approximately two hours south of Mackay - meals and accommodation provided on site

HC / MC Truck Drivers
We are looking for competent and experienced Truck Drivers to join our team
Applicants MUST have the following:
* Valid Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
* Current unrestricted HC / MC Driver's licence
* Proven experience operating HC or MC trucks
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management skills and commitment to safe work practices
Desirable:
* Ability to drive 18 Speed Road Rangers
* Truck & Dog experience
* Side Tipper experience
* Float / Heavy Haulage Transport experience
* Any other relevant tickets for plant and equipment

About the Roles:
Renewables Project - DIDO, Monday to Friday (be home every weekend), Meals and accommodation provided whilst on site, Paid Travel.
Mackay Based - Be home every night
These positions require a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team environment and most importantly - a good attitude
