The Personnel Connection is looking for a Factory Hand to join an established manufacturing team in North Rocks. No prior experience is required—if you have a great work ethic and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
The Day-to-Day: You will work with powdered formulations to fill and compress moulds, which are then baked to produce essential components for the construction industry. It's a process-driven role that requires precision and physical stamina.
The Requirements:
* Strong & Fit: You are comfortable lifting up to 25kg regularly.
* Detail-Oriented: You can follow instructions to the letter.
* Reliable: You take pride in being on time and working hard.
* Growth Mindset: You're ready to learn the ropes of a specialised industry.
* Work Rights: Must hold a valid work visa or appropriate Australian work authorisation.
The Details:
* Location: North Rocks (Easy public transport access).
* Hours: Full-time casual with a view to go permanent.
* Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
* Environment: Strictly non-smoking premises.
* Start Date: Immediate start.
