Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our hospital administration team, working across a variety of areas including Emergency Department, ward clerk, front office, and radiology reception.
Responsibilities
* Managing reception duties – greeting patients, answering calls, and responding to enquiries.
* Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
* Processing admissions, discharges, and transfers.
* Supporting clinical and management teams with data entry, correspondence, and reports.
You will work a variety of shifts to gain exposure to different hospital areas:
* Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
* Emergency Department after hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
* Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.
