The Monash Health Community Rehabilitation Service actively engages with people to improve and maintain health, independence and well-being. Monash Health Community Rehabilitation includes home, telehealth and centre based services across a range of clinical streams. We offer integrated, multidisciplinary care to adults in the community setting, with individual and group based services provided.
**Job Summary**
**Permanent 0.6 EFT**
The Grade 2 Community Rehabilitation Exercise Physiologist is responsible for working within the Cranbourne and Pakenham Community Rehabilitation team to provide best practice patient care, achieve maximal operational effectiveness, develop organisational competencies, and create strong partnerships within and outside Monash Health in collaboration with Senior Clinician Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Stream/Team Leaders.
This position is based at **Cranbourn**e** and **Pakenham **but may be required to work at any of the Monash Health sites.
**What you need**:
- Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science or equivalent as per Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) approved courses
- Victorian Drivers Licence
- Working with Children's Check
- Working towards, or completion, of relevant post graduate study
- Accreditation with ESSA
- Minimum three years clinical experience in Exercise Physiology
