We're seeking a passionate and experiencedWork Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to champion our safety-first culture and support our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.
What you'll do:
* Drive WHS&W initiatives across diverse healthcare settings
* Lead wellness programs that support physical and mental health
* Maintain and improve WHS systems, policies, and documentation
* Support audits, investigations, and risk assessments
* Analyse and report on WHS&W data
What you bring:
* Degree or Diploma in WHS or related field
* 3+ years in a senior WHS role, with strong claims management experience
* Deep knowledge of WHS and workers compensation legislation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in wellness programs and internal auditing (highly desirable)
