**Job tasks include**:
QBCC License extremely desirable.
Team player to work in conjunction with our survey engineer take off plans & calculated tables to then continue to perform all tasks required as below:
Operations Manager work in conjunction with our Estimator for Civil Boulder Wall plan Take offs utilising Company intellect and liaising with our regular Commercial clients and utilising our company Construction Rates. Understanding & being able to read site plans. (This is one of the most important aspects of the position.
Team player to be Experienced with handling company contracts, administration for Civil commercial/ residential industry coordinating projects with required earthworks Boulder and retaining wall Estimating Skills for ongoing Boulder/Rock Wall construction projects.
Highly skilled with Contract Administrative Skill sets for the Following:
- Help with maintain the Booking in of Leads from Company Marketing and regular clientele for our Estimators when required.
- Pleasant phone skills for potential clientele.
- Reliable & Punctual for attending to pre site meetings & completion sign offs and to meet with required trades and consultants for various stages of all our Rock Wall projects.
- Able to measure and consultant onsite for all variations required for earthworks, Boulder/Rock wall construction.
- Review and organise materials for quote with skills with regards to using Microsoft office (Word & Excel) and being able to work with and learn various software as required.
- Keen attitude with regular Clientele following up and systematic approach
- Be a part of forward planning projects along with required compliance and co-ordinating for all Commercial and Residential Projects.
- Provide deliverables for our experienced Rock Wall Construction Team.
- Minimal of 4 years in similar Role
- Ability of a mathematical mind set for creating realistic budgets for profitable contracts and demonstrating experience within the retaining wall and earthmoving industry for all Jobs Won and future tenders.
- Operations to be interactive throughout the job in conjunction with Rock Wall builders and earthmoving and retaining wall operators.
- Operations manager to be initially involved with a pre site meetings, Job hand over and make sure client receives the expected finished product and outcomes as per quotation. Contract Administrative skills are prerequisite
- Pre-Ordering and planning for all future and ongoing projects is one of the most important job tasks required throughout week in and week out of operative works to start maintaining and complete Rock wall projects.
- Applicant must be experienced with consulting for retaining walls designs, construction method and realistic time-frames requirements but also show a great ability for sales and skills with handling the contract administrative requirements for developing and continuing with existing company programming and job planning procedures along with incorporating required policies for Earthworks & Boulder Retaining wall contracts for the purpose of administrative requirements for all local council operational and Building approvals & permits.
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
