The Role
We are seeking an Urgent Care Registered Nurse to join our Campbelltown Urgent Care Service. You will be responsible for ensuring all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Service are appropriately triaged and provided with frontline care in collaboration with the medical practitioners.

Your Responsibilities
* Triaging all patients presenting to Urgent Care.
* Performing comprehensive and accurate nursing triage.
* Responding promptly to patients requiring emergency escalation or showing deterioration.
* Performing procedures such as suturing and plastering.
* Adapting to the dynamic Urgent Care environment.
* Delivering high-quality, person-centered care in collaboration with patients, families, and medical staff.
* Providing health education to patients.
* Completing documentation accurately and promptly.
About You
* AHPRA Registered Nurse.
* Availability to work evenings and weekends.
* Must provide a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
* Experience in triage within emergency, remote nursing, or ICU preferred; or a minimum of 3 years in acute care.
* 3+ years of RN experience preferred.
* ICU experience welcomed.
* Strong assessment skills and ability to recognize health deterioration.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking.
* Ability to work autonomously and delegate when appropriate.
* Personable with a passion for patient care.
