Project Brief:
The Sexual and Reproductive Health Project Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-informed workforce capacity building and health promotion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and evaluate sexual and reproductive health projects in partnership with local communities and agencies.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve sexual health services and influence policy.
* Contribute to reports, publications, and forums to share best practices in rural sexual health.
* Support the evaluation of programs and prepare high-quality reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Community Development, Nursing, or a related field.
* Demonstrated knowledge of sexual and reproductive health issues in rural Victoria.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with experience in building partnerships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom for virtual collaboration.
* High-level planning, organisational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and exercise initiative in a dynamic environment.
* Willingness to travel extensively throughout regional Victoria.
