The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team for the upcoming snow season at Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort. This is a full-time, ski-in ski-out opportunity where you will have the chance to combine your culinary skills with the thrill of alpine life.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head Chef or Food & Beverage Manager to prepare meals during service hours.
* Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
* Monitor and restock kitchen supplies.
* Maintain quality control to ensure consistency in the presentation of food and service to guests.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a commercial kitchen environment, as well as relevant qualifications and certifications. We also require applicants to have full Australian working rights, be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type, and hold an Australian drivers licence (Victorian licence preferred).

Key Skills and Qualifications:
