We're recruiting an Inclusion Teacher to join our close-knit Prep‑6 team. The successful candidate will have strong skills in functional behaviour assessment (FBA) and behaviour support, using evidence‑based strategies to enhance engagement and wellbeing. They will build positive relationships with students, staff, and families, and work collaboratively to create inclusive, high‑expectation learning environments. A trauma‑informed, data‑driven approach and clear, constructive communication are essential for this role.
