Summary: Oversee all clinical care functions, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for residents. You’ll guide and mentor the clinical team, support their development, and coordinate care planning while maintaining compliance with industry standards—all with a focus on delivering exceptional quality of care. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor care staff, fostering a positive team culture and supporting professional growth. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to maintain quality care and operational efficiency. Conduct routine assessments and audits to uphold high standards of service delivery. Respond to and resolve concerns or complaints from residents, families, or staff with empathy and professionalism. Requirements: Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in Aged Care management as a Clinical Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care standards. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with ANNAC. An outstanding proficiency in care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation. Capability to effectively lead and manage a team.
