Role Overview
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing shipment tracking, and order issue resolution by working closely with warehouse teams, courier partners, and the Customer Support (CS) team.
Key Responsibilities
* Share courier-related shipment data (post-dispatch) with the Customer Support (CS) team on a regular basis.
* Track shipment exceptions such as RTO without customer cancellation, RTO with no delivery attempt, EDD breaches, and stuck shipments.
* Ensure timely updates to the CS team for customer communication.
* Track CS updates and ensure closure of shipments through delivery, reshipment, RTO, or cancellation.
* Maintain operational trackers and ensure accurate reporting.
Position – First Mile Operations & Order Issue Management Key Responsibilities
* Handle first-mile related operational issues.
* Manage cancellation or alternate shipping of unfulfillable orders within defined TAT.
* Address operational complaints raised by internal teams or management.
* Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners to ensure issue resolution and closure.
Key Performance Indicators (KRA)
* Manage daily customer complaint tickets through operational spreadsheets.
* Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of order-related issues.
* Ensure timely resolution and process adherence.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain.
* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
* Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
* Ability to manage operational tasks within defined TATs.
