We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team in a full-time, permanent role based at our Head Office on the Sunshine Coast. Joining the HR Team, you’ll work closely with Hiring Managers to manage and support the recruitment of a broad range of civil and office-based roles – including Labourers, Plant Operators, Foremen, Engineers, Trades, and key Administrative and Project Support positions.

Your Day-to-Day will include:

* Liaising with Hiring Managers to understand Hiring Requirements
* Composing job ads which align to position requirements
* Screening applications, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews
* Preparing employment contracts and handling various HR administration tasks
* Managing the recruitment inbox and ensuring timely responses
* Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community engagement, and career fairs
* Collaborating with the Marketing Team to produce branding materials, job banners, and promotional content
* Assisting in the development of recruitment strategies that attract top talent
About You:

* Proven experience working in a recruitment / talent acquisition position - Previous experience in the Civil Industry will be highly regarded
* Friendly, approachable, and confident when speaking with candidates and Hiring Managers
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment with conflicting deadlines
* Someone who can maintain confidentiality with sensitive business information
