Software Development Position
We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team. As an Analyst Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting functional changes in the Capital system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate business requirements into software designs.
* Coding, unit testing, and installing application programs.
* Reviewing code prior to handover and completion of unit tests.
* Documenting development diagrams/programs, code comments, and other artifacts.
* Maintaining an application program which involves design, development, bug investigation, and fixes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of programming experience within financial services systems, superannuation.
* Exposure to mainstream development languages.
* Previous exposure to Visual Basic, VBA, VBScript, or similar is desirable.
* Programming skills in CTL (Capital Translator Language) will be provided.
* Strong SQL, debugging skills, low-level database skills.
* Experience in development methodologies - Waterfall, Agile.
