A growing aviation logistics team in Perth is seeking a motivated and commercially minded professional to support and develop cargo solutions for a wide range of clients. This role suits someone who enjoys relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑moving environment. As a cargo broker, you'll get the chance to travel to places most people never see and experience some incredibly unique sides of the aviation world. Qualifications
* Has a background in sales, account management, or business development
* Ideally brings experience in airfreight or freight forwarding
* Can show a strong track record in cargo charter sales and generating new leads
* Builds strong relationships and genuinely enjoys working with clients
* Communicates confidently; an ability to speak another language is a nice advantage
* Holds a degree
* Is driven, curious, and keen to grow in a new industry
* Works hard, adapts quickly, and doesn't mind the occasional odd hours
* Stays organised and can manage several priorities at once
* Is comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
* Can stay calm, focused, and effective when things get busy
* Has a valid Australian driver's licence
* Is open to travelling when required
