Job Responsibilities:
* Personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
* Bed making and room tidying up.
* Feeding residents.
* Setting tables and meals for residents.
* Social and activities roles.
* Ability to listen, build rapport, and work effectively with a diverse range of clients and other staff members.
What We Are Looking For:
* Candidates should possess a positive attitude.
* Reliability is essential.
* Applicants must be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
* A National Police Check is required; we can assist with this process.
* Must have valid working rights in Australia and reside within the country.
* To access state funding for training, applicants must hold permanent residency or citizenship.
* Availability to work morning shifts (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM) and afternoon shifts (2:30 PM - 10:00 PM), as well as regular attendance at training sessions from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
* Minimum requirement is three days of work per week, Monday through Friday.
