Business Development and Change Management Expert
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Business Partner, driving business outcomes through strategic people and culture initiatives. As a key member of our corporate functions team, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and deliver the People Plan, supporting the successful implementation of our Post 26 Strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building strong relationships, coaching, and influencing senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading organisational people and culture initiatives, developing and delivering strategic plans, and collaborating with multiple business units to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver the People Plan, aligning with the Post 26 Strategy.
2. Lead organisational people and culture initiatives, including talent management and diversity programs.
3. Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, including corporate functions leadership and other business units.
Requirements:

* Experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
