The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing national firm. You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a range of front-end finance transactions for banks, financial institutions and corporate clients.
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and enthusiastic lawyer looking to continue developing your career within a reputable Banking & Finance practice.
* 2+ years PAE
* Experience assisting with the documentation and negotiation of finance transactions
* Strong communication, analytical and research skills
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A strong commitment to client service
