About the Role
As a skilled professional, you will be working in a dynamic environment where your expertise is highly valued. You will play a key part in achieving clinical education outcomes for our dedicated staff who work around the clock.
You will develop and deliver engaging educational programs, travel between locations to support our teams, and use your creativity to design and implement effective clinical learning strategies. Plus, you will support and guide career pathway programs to help our staff grow and succeed.
* We are looking for an experienced educator with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coach, mentor and support staff.
* You will have a current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practice Regulatory Agency (AHPRA) and hold or be working towards Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
