As a Community Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients and their families to provide personalised care. You will have a deep understanding of their individual needs, including transportation, mobility aids, personal equipment, daily living tasks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
You will work collaboratively with our at-home care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build trusting relationships with clients, while your passion for caregiving will drive you to make a positive impact in their lives.

Your Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care or related field
* Valid driver's license
* First Aid/CPR certification
