Primary ResponsibilitiesSharing your winning smile and "can do" attitude to help support the kitchen team in delivering excellent experiences to our customersBeing responsible for the quality production and presentation of all products leaving the kitchenCompleting ordering processes as required to ensure correct stock is always on handAssisting with the control of food costs and the minimisation of wastageUsing your knowledge of our menu to make your customers feel welcome and that their satisfaction and repeat business are your top priority
Hours of WorkThis is a Permanent Full-Time role: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 6am to 8pm - NO WEEKENDS!
As it is a rotating roster, you must be available to be rostered and work every day as stated above between the hours of 6am and 8pm to be considered for this role
You Will HaveAt least 2 years' recent experience working in a fast-paced café, food salads, burgers and breakfast restaurant environmentKnowledge of HACCP and Work Health and Safety Regulations and requirementsBreakfast, sandwich & salad experienceTertiary qualifications in hospitality or commercial cookeryTAFE Workplace Hygiene or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or equivalentA commitment to the continual improvement of food and service qualityThe demonstrated understanding of excellent customer serviceA flexible 'can do' attitude towards workThe ability to lift up to 15 kilograms
The Pay$68,000 per annum + 12% Superannuation
