$116,000 - $135,000 (based on experience & quals) + 12% Super + up to $18,550 salary packaging
Lead clinical excellence across a collaborative mental health system

As Clinical Services Manager (CSM), you'll provide consortium‑wide clinical leadership — supporting consistent, trauma‑informed, evidence‑based practice, without holding operational management of programs. It's the perfect role if you thrive on collaboration, coaching clinical leaders, and guiding system‑level improvement.
Your role, your impact
As Clinical Services Manager, you will:
Provide clinical leadership and governance across the Better Connect consortium.
Support person‑centred, evidence‑based, trauma‑informed practice.
Offer expert advice on clinical risk, ethical practice and quality improvement.
Lead and develop Clinical Supervisors, strengthening reflective practice.
Coordinate cross‑consortium workforce development and shared training.
Partner collaboration - Work closely with partner organisations to improve integration and consistency.
Represent Better Connect in sector forums and contribute to service design and innovation.

About You
You're an experienced mental health clinician and leader who brings:
Strong clinical governance and quality improvement experience.
Skilled in clinical supervision and supporting supervisors.
Able to influence practice and culture without direct operational authority.
Collaborative, relationship‑focused, and confident engaging diverse stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of MHAODSP frameworks and sector standards.
Consortium/multi‑agency experience is highly desirable.
You will hold:
A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or a related discipline
A postgraduate mental health qualification or equivalent specialist mental health training and experience
A recognised mental health credential (e.g. AMHSW, credentialed mental health nurse, or equivalent)
Postgraduate qualifications in leadership, management, or clinical governance are desirable.

Who you'll be working with
Reporting to the Better Connect General Manager, you'll work across four locations, supporting staff and strengthening collaboration across the partnership.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside eight partnering organisations — Stride, QuIHN, Wellways, CQID, Open Minds, Flourish, and Gympie & District Women's Health Centre — ensuring high-quality, consistent service delivery across the network.
You'll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager to drive service excellence, while also directly supporting two Each teams within the partnership.
