Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Engage in contentious and uncontentious IP work, including major international IP litigation
* Work across all IP statutory regimes, Australian Consumer Law, and related contractual, administrative, procedural, and evidentiary law
* Collaborate with Principals and senior practitioners on real matters from day one
* Gain experience across diverse industries and cutting-edge technologies with local and international clients
* Conduct research to assist in shaping legal strategy and support global brand IP portfolios
