* Manage daily interactions with staff, conduct thorough examinations of performance data, and offer constructive feedback for improvement;
* Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and regulatory guidelines through meticulous monitoring and reporting;
* Develop strong professional relationships with internal colleagues and provide dedicated support to participants;
* Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for growth and implement strategies to meet key performance indicators within designated timeframes;
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant information and program activities.
