We’re looking for a barista to join the team at The Store Menangle.
If you’ve been here before, you’ll know we’re not your typical café. We’re a busy, community-driven space set in the heart of Menangle, built from the ground up through hard work, long days, and a genuine love for what we do.
Our passion is good food and great coffee — it’s what brings people through the doors and keeps our locals coming back. We take pride in it, and we’re looking for someone who feels the same.
The role
You’ll be on the machine in a fast-paced environment, working alongside a tight, supportive team to keep service flowing and the vibe right.

* At least 1 year experience in a busy café environment

We’re a local business serving our local community.
We strongly prefer applicants who live nearby or within a short commute.
Early starts and weekend shifts are part of the role, so reliability matters.
The opportunity

What’s on offer
* Full-time position (38 hours per week)
* Salary package of $70,000 – $80,000 per year depending on experience
* Equivalent to approximately $32–$36 per hour depending on experience
* A mix of weekday shifts and around two weekends per month, with flexibility when things pop up
* Room to grow as we continue to build the business
