Join Neutrog Australia: Production Administrator
We're looking for a proactive, detail‑driven administrator to support our Production and Supply Chain teams at our manufacturing site in the Adelaide Hills. This is a varied, hands‑on role that keeps our operations moving - from raising purchase orders to preparing job cards, coordinating production documentation, and providing administrative support across our Operations Department.
If you enjoy being the organised centre of a busy environment, thrive on variety, and bring a naturally curious mindset that helps you understand how things work, you'll fit right in.
About the Role
This role sits at the heart of our production and supply chain functions. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Supervisors to ensure the right information, paperwork and processes are in place at the right time.
While we already have an experienced Production Administrator, you'll provide essential support across the team - and learn key tasks such as production data entry to provide coverage when needed. You'll also assist with elements of manure inventory, material variance reporting and other operational processes, without being solely responsible for them.
Your day could include creating purchase orders, issuing job cards for production and maintenance, updating operational records, supporting inventory processes, or helping streamline how information flows across the department.
A great fit for someone who understands how manufacturing environments operate and enjoys being the organised backbone of a busy production team.
Why You'll Love This Role
* Be part of a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven manufacturing environment
* Enjoy a varied workload where no two days look the same
* Work with a grounded, collaborative team that values discipline, curiosity and continuous improvement
* Use your organisational strengths to directly support production efficiency
* Join a company with a strong community ethos and a clear vision for growth
What You'll Do
* Create and manage purchase orders for production and supply chain needs
* Prepare, issue and distribute job cards for production and maintenance
* Support production data entry and reporting, including leave coverage for key tasks
* Assist with inventory‑related administration, including reconciliations and documentation
* Help maintain accurate operational records and databases
* Coordinate and distribute production‑related information to internal stakeholders
* Provide general administrative support across the Operations Department
* Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and eager to understand how our manufacturing processes fit together.
* Experience in a manufacturing, production or supply chain environment (highly regarded)
* Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to learn ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
* A curious mindset that helps you ask the right questions and continuously improve how things are done
* A grounded, reliable approach aligned with Neutrog's values
