We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer ServiceRepresentative to be the voice of our company, helping clients navigate their projects and ensuring satisfaction from first contact to final.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person
Respond to inquiries about masonry services, quotes, timelines, and materials
Schedule consultations and coordinate with project managers
Maintain customer records and update job progress
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Follow up with client's post-project to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service (construction or masonry experience a plus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using email, scheduling tools and software programs
A professional, positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
