Remuneration
* $95,981 to $108,257 pa (HEW5) (inclusive of $81,105 to $91,478 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Position Overview
We are seeking a School Administration Officer to join the School of Architecture and Built Environment, Faculty of Engineering.
The School Administration Officer provides high quality school‐based administrative support, undertaking a broad range of duties across all areas, including teaching and research support, student enquiries, and events and travel coordination. The role works closely with School Managers, School Executive Assistants and other specialised roles to meet administrative requirements, delivering exceptional outcomes and service to internal and external stakeholders. The Officer collaborates on and contributes to a range of major projects within the School and wider Faculty.
Education & Experience
* Completion of an associate diploma with at least two (2) years of relevant administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Skills & Qualifications
* High level interpersonal skills capable of providing professional administrative support, collaborating and communicating with a range of people at all levels both within QUT and external to QUT.
* Digital literacy skills including effective use of Microsoft suite and corporate systems to extract and interpret data.
* Initiative to solve problems, manage priorities to meet deadlines, and work productively without close supervision.
* Strong written communication skills: drafting memoranda, meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, submissions and emails with accuracy and detail.
