Salary $33 per hour plus Super

Delivering consistently excellent customer service and first "call" resolution on every interaction with a customer is their goal.
Your key responsibilities in the role include:
- Handling inbound calls/queries relating to services
- Ability to problem solve and refer queries to the correct department
- Ability to identify retention issues
- Ability to work as part of a team assisting co-workers where needed
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience working in a Contact Centre environment
- Strong rapport building and problem solving skills
- Excellent people skills, with a focus on customer service
- Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly.
- A quick learner with a "can do" attitude.
The role is a short-term contract with the possibility of an extension, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
