**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Viadux NSW/ACT works every day to be the most progressive and responsive supplier of Water Network Solutions.
- Become a part of a team who supply some of NSW and the ACT's most iconic infrastructure projects.
- We have the ability and experience to provide all the necessary support and training you will need in this challenging role.
- The successful applicant needs to have demonstrated outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
**Role Requirements**
- Process stock availabilities, price quotations, give order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiries
- Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into computer system in a timely manner.
- Coordinate large infrastructure projects across NSW.
- File documentation relating to the above tasks.
- Develop and follow up customers and quotes via Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures, the Act and other regulatory requirement.
To be successful previous experience in providing outstanding customer service is essential. Attention to detail is a must in this exciting role.
