Role Overview
The Early Childhood Education Specialist plays a crucial role in managing a block-funded program, ensuring compliance with specific guidelines and regulations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, productivity, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a block-funded program, adhering to specific guidelines and regulations.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including government departments, to achieve desired outcomes.
* Maintain high standards of professional integrity and accountability.
* Chair meetings to ensure effective decision-making and outcome achievement.
* Provide excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and specific advice and guidance reflective of the program and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current Working with Children Card.
* A current driver's license.
* Covid Vaccination Certificate (including booster).
* Police check.
* International police check (if lived outside of Australia for more than 12 months in the last 10 years).
