Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the region to deliver on company objectives, culture, and strategy.
* Maintain oversight of projects and ensure timely completion of works maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service.
* Manage stakeholders effectively ensuring timely communication.
* Ensure KPI's are met and aligned with customer expectations.
* Ensure accuracy across all data management systems, information handling and processes.
Requirements:
* Extensive trade, leadership and insurance repair experience or be in a similar position.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Solid leadership credentials with a proven track record of leading teams.
* Sound understanding and knowledge of the Insurance repair and construction industry.
* A focus on safety and compliance with an eye for continuous improvement.
