Stellaris Consulting Australia Pty Ltd Geelong West, Victoria 3218 FULL TIME – 2 ROLES OFFERED Network Administrator & Computer Network and Systems Engineer SALARY Range $80,000 - $110,000 + Super (Annually) Network Administrator We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Network Administrator who can expertise in Installing and maintains hardware and software, documents diagnosis and resolution of faults, manages user passwords, security and inventory documentation, ensures the efficient performance of servers, printers and personal computers, and attends to other operational tasks. May also perform tasks such as help desk support and user training.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Analyzing, developing, interpreting, and evaluating intricate system design and architecture specifications, data models, and diagrams to aid in the development, configuration, and integration of computer systems.
* Researching, analyzing, assessing, and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance.
* Evaluating and recommending enhancements to network operations, including integrated hardware, software, communications, and operating systems.
* Providing specialized support for troubleshooting network issues and emergencies.
* Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and administering new and upgraded networks, software applications, servers, and workstations.
* Developing network programming tailored to meet specific business needs and requirements.
* Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, including recording diagnoses and resolutions of network faults, enhancements, modifications, and maintenance instructions.
Skills and Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Software/Computer System Engineering, or related field.
* Experience in software development and Programming
* Project development and leadership skills to oversee software development life cycle
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field is preferred
* Advanced understanding Experience with software programming and development
* Ability to work with large teams to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
* Advanced knowledge of programming languages and testing methodologies
Expected Salary Range $80K - $110K + Super (Annually) Computer Network and Systems Engineer We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT professional who can plan, develops, deploys, tests and optimizes network and system services, taking responsibility for configuration management and overall operational readiness of network systems, especially environments with multiple operating systems and configurations, and provides troubleshooting and fault-finding services for network problems. Roles and Responsibilities:
* Configure and support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments like AWS, Azure, GCP and manage operating systems (Windows/Linux/Unix).
* Analysing, developing, interpreting and evaluating complex system design and architecture specifications, data models and diagrams in the development, configuration and integration of computer systems
* Maintain computer networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and server systems to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance
* Assessing and recommending improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software, communications and operating systems
* Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and intrusion detection systems
* Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations
* Providing network programming in support of specific business needs and requirements
* Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements and modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions
