* Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.

* Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
* Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach.
* Technology: Knowledge of Opera property management system.
